Using Christ's own illustrations- the birds of the air, the lilies of the field, the futility of adding a single hour to our lives- we unpack why worry is ultimately unproductive, unnecessary, and unbecoming of a life anchored in faith. Along the way, we revisit the "nots" of Matthew 6 and ask the question at the heart of it all: will you let worry take over your heart and mind, or will you let faith lead it?
